1 · Material you upload

Anyone uploading audio, video or images to this service warrant that they own the rights or have permission. All legal responsibility arising from uploading material you have no rights to rests with the uploader; the operator does not review it in advance.

When audio is uploaded, the rights acknowledgement (whether and when it was given) is recorded.

2 · Driving videos and templates

When you upload a video to drive the motion, a new video is generated that follows its movement, camera and framing. By uploading it you warrant that you hold the rights to it, or have permission that covers making derivative works from it. All legal responsibility arising from uploading a video you have no rights to — a film, a drama, a broadcast, an advertisement, someone else's post — rests with the person who uploaded it.

You are treated as uploading in the knowledge that the generated result may infringe the rights of the original video's copyright holder. The operator does not screen uploaded videos in advance, and takes the result down when a rights complaint is received.

The template driving videos the service provides are material the operator holds the rights to. They may be used only inside a generated result; the template video itself may not be downloaded and distributed separately.

3 · Faces and likeness

If you upload a photo showing a person's face, you warrant that the person is you, or has given you consent for this use. Using someone's face without their consent infringes their right of likeness. Making a real person appear to say or do something they did not is prohibited, and the faces of public figures and celebrities may not be used without consent either.

The providers that actually run the generation require the same thing in their own terms. A violation can suspend the operator's account and take the service away from everyone else, so an account found in breach is restricted immediately.

When a photo is uploaded, the consent confirmation you tick is recorded (whether it was given, and when).

4 · Rights in generated material

• Music — ElevenLabs Music is trained on licensed data and permits commercial use on paid plans. Rights to existing output survive cancellation.
• Images / videos — Commercial use of the output is permitted under each provider's terms (Google, OpenAI).
• Stock footage — Under the Pexels licence, the filmmaker's credit is added to the video description automatically.

5 · Custom art styles

Whatever you type into "Art style" is passed straight to image generation. A style or technique is not itself protected by copyright, but. Naming a specific work's character, logo or signature design can still infringe copyright or trademark. What you type, and how you use the result, is your responsibility; the operator does not review it in advance.

6 · Repeat infringer policy

An account that repeatedly receives valid rights complaints may lose upload access or have its account terminated. This is required to keep DMCA safe-harbour protection.

7 · Platform policy compliance

If the video contains realistic-looking AI-generated footage or images, YouTube's "altered or synthetic content" disclosure must be enabled at upload. The upload screen turns it on automatically, but the final check is yours.
